Position at RetailMeNot: With over 8 million members, VoucherCodes is one of the UK’s largest money-saving websites. Partnered with big brands like ASOS, Nike, Argos, TUI, and Deliveroo, we receive over 8 million visits per month. We’re looking for an ambitious Paid Media Manager to join our marketing team. As our Paid Social Specialist, you’ll use social media channels and affiliates to acquire new customers for our site, app, and browser extension by devising, implementing, and optimizing cost-efficient strategies to generate high-quality leads. This role offers a strategic opportunity to impact VoucherCodes’ growth significantly. You’ll work across all paid media forms and explore new acquisition sources within the Digital Marketing team. We seek a self-starter with experience in online lead acquisition, strong analytical skills, and excellent collaboration abilities.

What we need from you
  • Consistent drive to achieve and exceed customer acquisition targets
  • Strong self-motivation; confidence to innovate and learn quickly from failures
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to team goals
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, experience with Excel and Tableau preferred
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills to manage a busy workload
  • 3-5 years in digital marketing focusing on paid social, with understanding of the affiliate industry
  • Experience in paid media management and optimization across social, search, and display
  • Budget management aligned with CPA targets
Preferred experience
  • Offline, referral, affiliate, white label, influencer, and other acquisition marketing channels
  • Working with agencies, affiliates, and third-party partners
  • Messaging and UX strategies to drive app and extension installs
What you’ll be doing
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop customer acquisition strategies to grow VoucherCodes’ email, app, and browser extension user base
  • Manage paid budgets to acquire ROI-positive customers
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid social, display, and affiliate campaigns from scratch
  • Research and scale untested acquisition methods
  • Develop creative, on-brand approaches to reach and convert high-quality customers
  • Design, execute, and analyze quick tests to evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Report performance, test results, and future plans to the team and wider business
  • Work with the Sr. Social Media & Influencer Manager on content strategies for paid social
  • Coordinate with campaign managers, CRM, product, and analytics teams to create effective campaigns
