Job Description:

Are you passionate about sports and delivering excellent customer service? As a Retail Customer Service Manager at Entain, you'll play a key role in providing top-notch service and maintaining high standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Promoting safer gambling
  • Taking bets on various sports and events
  • Processing transactions and handling cash
  • Demonstrating products and betting terminals
  • Addressing customer concerns empathetically
  • Achieving targets and maintaining shop standards
  • Opening and closing the shop as required

Working hours vary, with shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on a rota provided at least four weeks in advance. You will be a key holder responsible for opening and closing the shop. Minimum age is 18, and a passion for customer service is essential. Effective communication, self-motivation, and professionalism are important qualities for this role.
