Job description

Trinity Fire & Security Systems, part of the PTSG Group, have delivered industry leading services in the Fire and Security industry for over 28 years. As we accelerate our growth through 2025, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our London sales team to new heights.

Location: London or surrounding area

The role of Regional Sales Manager

As Trinity’s London Sales Manager, you’ll be a pivotal force in shaping regional strategy, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring consistent delivery of revenue targets. Your leadership of the team across Fire Detection, Suppression and Security Systems will directly influence operational success and long-term client partnerships.

The key tasks include the following:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Inspire, lead and develop the regional sales team and exceed revenue targets. Implement effective coaching and training to drive engagement and exceed targets.
  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy. Target growth in both new and existing customer bases through the identification of business opportunities with end users, FM companies and strategic accounts.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow key client relationships. Lead presentations and negotiations at a senior level, ensuring a professional & commercially viable delivery.
  • Operational Collaboration: Partner with Trinity’s delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sale to delivery. Ensuring service excellence and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Contribute to budgeting, strategic planning, and performance tracking.

What skills do you need?

  • Proven experience in leading sales teams
  • Commercially astute mindset with experience in strategic planning and growth execution
  • Client focused communicator with first-class presentation and negotiation skills
  • Organised, results-driven and resilient under pressure

What technical knowledge do you need?

  • Detailed understanding of fire, life safety, and security systems
  • Awareness of Building Regulations and Health & Safety requirements
  • FIA certified or equivalent experience (Design, Installation, Maintenance)
  • HNC/HND/BEng or similar in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fire Engineering disciplines - or substantial relevant experience
