What you will be doing:

• Coordinate aspects of external Service Provider partnerships.
• Support implementation of Health & Safety Standards.
• Develop contracts and Service Level Agreements for external providers.
• Lead Fixture Care services, monitoring performance against SLAs.
• Manage partnerships with Material Revert and Fluid Management Service Providers.
• Develop Energy Management plans and initiatives.
• Administer Engineering Inspections.
• Interface with Property Risk and Facilities Service Providers.
• Monitor performance of Group Property's Integrated Facilities Suppliers.
• Utilize IT systems and digital tools for manufacturing activities.
