Job Opportunity: Senior Finance Leader in the Pharmaceutical Sector

We are exclusively retained by a leading global pharmaceutical and health business, headquartered in London, to appoint a senior finance leader with a strong track record in deal execution and financial leadership.

As the business enters an exciting phase of growth, with a robust pipeline of strategic initiatives and acquisition opportunities, this newly created role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the financial aspects of transactions and broader strategic finance initiatives.

The successful candidate will:

1. Lead end-to-end financial due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic transactions.
2. Provide negotiation support, focusing on critical financial terms and risk mitigation.
3. Drive key strategic finance initiatives, supporting executive decision-making and long-term value creation.
4. Act as a senior finance partner across corporate development, legal, and commercial teams, ensuring deals are financially robust and aligned with business objectives.

We seek a commercially-minded finance professional with demonstrable, hands-on experience in deal execution—including financial modelling, diligence management, and contract structuring. Sector experience within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or health is essential.
