Mayfair, £80-£120k+ basic salary, values-led, FT advisor top 1% firm

Maybe you’ve had to focus on targets and box-ticking, rather than real financial planning. Or perhaps you’re self-employed, held back by a changing market.

You enjoy ‘sales’, bringing your advice to new clients and deepening existing relationships. Your advice enhances their lives, something you want to build on.

You will join as their Head of Financial Planning, in a newly created position, embodying their values of excellence, trust, family and listening.

Backed by full support from a professional team who will do all the compliance and administration for you, so you can focus on the work you are best at.

They have been judged a top 1% UK wealth management firm by FT Advisor, through their independent research. Funds under management have grown 20% year on year to £250m.

About you

• A Chartered Financial Planner or IFA / Wealth Manager working towards this (could be CII, CISI, LIBF).

• You enjoy bringing onboard new clients who’ll benefit from whole of market advice.

• You know how to grow a client book, and you’re keen to keep improving.

We are open-minded about your level of experience – it’s your capability that matters.

Compensation and benefits

The package will be tailored to be attractive, fair and commensurate to your contribution. This could be a basic salary in the range of £80k to £120k.

You’ll be fairly compensated if you can bring a client book with you, though it’s not a requirement.

Based at their offices in Mayfair – they find they get the best commitment by meeting clients on site.

Should you have a non-compete agreement, we will help you work through this to make sure there are no issues.
