An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 Community Nurse to join the Nairn & Ardersier Community Nursing Team on a fixed-term basis. You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, which will include rotating shifts to ensure service provision over 7 days.
This role requires high levels of professionalism to work effectively across complex multi-agency environments, where partnership working is essential. Excellent communication skills, collaborative working, and highly developed interpersonal skills are required.
The successful candidate will support the caseload holder in delivering patient-centered, safe, and cost-effective care. You will work in close partnership with colleagues to ensure an integrated approach to the delivery of compassionate care.

A requirement of the post is to be a registered nurse with valid UK NMC registration and to have a driving license with access to a car. (Students due to qualify this year will also be considered).
