An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 Community Nurse to join the Nairn & Ardersier Community Nursing Team on a fixed term basis. You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service which will mean rotation of shifts to ensure service provision over 7 days.

This role requires high levels of professionalism, to work effectively across complex multi-agency environments, where partnership working is essential. Excellent communication skills, collaborative working and highly developed interpersonal skills are required.

The successful candidate will support the caseload holder to deliver patient centred, safe, cost effective care. You will work in close partnership with colleagues, ensuring an integrated approach to the delivery of compassionate care is met.

A requirement of the post is to be a registered nurse with valid UK NMC registration and have a driving licence with access to a car. (Students due to qualify this year will also be considered).
