Role Overview

The purpose of this job is to carry out Induction Inspections on SafranHE engines and modules, focusing on Quality, Cost, TAT, and customer satisfaction.

1. Perform arrival inventory on engines/modules arriving at the Pre Induction Shop. Analyze documentation and conduct preliminary inspections.
2. Identify discrepancies early, such as missing LRUs or erosion.
3. Ensure all engine information (TSO, CSO, power checks) is available to proceed with level 4 processes without interruption.
4. Explore repair possibilities within a level 3 maintenance centre.
5. Update SAP Installed Base, Cockpit Work scope, and prepare the Pre Induction Report.
6. Carry out secondary duties as assigned by the manager.
7. Work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and HSE legislation, reporting risks accordingly.
8. Continuously seek process improvements and take responsibility for implementing changes.
