Team -
Credit Control

Working Pattern -
Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

Role Overview:

Assist in managing all Health premium debtors, ensuring prompt and appropriate actions when premiums are due, while maintaining all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact all identified debtors promptly using available communication options.
  • Allocate cheque, EFT, and Credit Card payments to the applicable plan; investigate and resolve any shortfalls or overpayments.
  • Process premium refunds accurately and ensure timely release to customers.
  • Process manual system adjustments (write-offs and write-backs) accurately, applying delegated authority levels where applicable.
  • Participate in business incentives and initiatives, e.g., month free.
  • Assist with account-related queries from internal and external customers.
  • Provide expert support regarding accounts, BACS, and Direct Debit rules.
  • Assist with Quality Assurance checks within the Credit Control team.
