My client is looking for an interim Head of HR/HR Manager to ideally go temp to perm.
Working on a hybrid basis 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home but can look at 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH.
Supporting the offices based in Tunbridge Wells.
Job purpose
To take a hands-on approach with the day-to-day management of the entire HR function team overseeing the activity & performance of the team. To provide strategic guidance and be responsible for the implementation of new initiatives, processes, policies and procedures in line with business goals via the HR team. To analyse operations and run projects to improve the HR function.
Job overview
Reporting into the Director of People, the Human Resource Manager will manage both operational activity and implement strategic initiatives. You'll manage all aspects of the HR function from talent management, recruitment strategy, employee relations and people management, to policies and procedures and strategic projects to improve the HR function.
You and your team will provide a professional and effective HR advice service across the business at all levels, always maintaining confidentiality.
You'll be accountable for the overall performance of the HR function and the team ensuring all activities are inline with business objectives, compliant and within budget against agreed KPIs.
You'll be managing a team of 3, providing advice and coaching as necessary. You'll produce career development plans for the team to support with their professional growth.
