Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a District Nurse Clinical Lead to join our caring and highly motivated Coastal Community Nursing Teams in Central Cornwall, covering the beautiful areas of Perranporth, St Agnes, Chacewater, and Carnon Downs.

We are looking for a dynamic, flexible, and compassionate practitioner who can demonstrate a broad range of competencies and adapt to various clinical circumstances.

Main duties of the job:

  1. The post holder will monitor the quality of care provision and identify and lead service development initiatives.
  2. They will be a registered nurse holding or working towards the DNSPQ qualification.
  3. Work within an integrated team providing clinical leadership for all patients within the community nursing caseload through proactive management.
  4. Ensure all nursing team members deliver high standards of evidence-based clinical care.
  5. Actively liaise with other health and social care agencies and professionals.
  6. Travel independently across the area is essential.

Essential qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse
