Reporting To: Regional Manager
Role Summary / Purpose and Scope:
As Estate Community Manager for RE-DEFINED, you will manage a portfolio of flex spaces across multiple buildings on The Portman Estate, known as Portman WorkWell. This is a unique role combining operational leadership with customer focus, acting as the main contact for occupiers and property managers, ensuring smooth operations, strong relationships, and high-quality service.
You will oversee daily operations, building performance, compliance, and tenant satisfaction, managing the entire occupier lifecycle from onboarding to long-term engagement. Your work will impact the efficiency and vibrancy of each building, contributing to RE-DEFINED's growth and success.

Experience & Certifications: 2+ years in a similar role
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Salary Range: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
