A leading company in Maidenhead is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team. The role involves providing excellent support to clients' charitable supporters, managing queries, and handling payments. We are working with a fantastic company based in Maidenhead (parking on site) who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator.
Working closely in a friendly team, the successful candidate will provide excellent customer support to their clients' charitable supporters, assisting with administration, processing information, and payment reconciliation.
Previous customer service experience would be highly beneficial.
