Job description

We are working with a fantastic company based in Maidenhead (parking on site) who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator.

Working closely in a friendly team, the successful candidate will provide excellent customer support to their clients' charitable supporters, assisting with administration, processing information, and payment reconciliation.

Previous customer service experience would be highly beneficial.

Duties include:

  1. Liaising with supporters via telephone and email to resolve queries and handle any issues that arise
  2. Distributing administration emails across all clients
  3. Using bespoke systems for all individual clients to look up customer details
  4. Using a bespoke system for charging card payments, handling refunds and cancellations through this system
  5. Handling refunds by credit/debit card, cheque, or direct debit
  6. Processing query letters for failed credit/debit card payments
  7. Recording and opening incoming post
  8. Preparing, counting, and logging outgoing post on the Royal Mail e-pro system
  9. Preparing and arranging parcels via courier
  10. Printing letters

Key Skills Required:

  1. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a positive and flexible attitude
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  4. Ability to multi-task, often switching between numerous clients and requirements daily
  5. Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
