Job Title: Part-Time HR Administrator

Our growing client is seeking a part-time HR Administrator in a newly created role, working across all aspects of the HR function. Supporting the Head of HR, this is a varied role working 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Organise and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Assist in the hiring process by posting job ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding activities.
  • Update HR policies and provide guidance to staff and managers on HR procedures and best practices.
  • Gather and analyse HR metrics, preparing regular reports to support decision-making and track workforce trends.
  • Act as a contact point for HR queries, supporting the resolution of workplace issues and managing employee absences.
  • Monitor changes in employment law, maintain proper documentation, and support audits to ensure HR practices are compliant.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating confidentiality and diplomacy.
  • Strong MS Office and database skills, including Excel.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently.
Location and Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role based in Oxford, with free onsite parking. The role is ideally split over 5 days, but flexibility around start and finish times will be considered.
