Business Development Manager
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £45,000 plus commission, car allowance (£5,000)
Territory: within a 50-mile radius of Birmingham

The Role:
  • Manage existing accounts inherited from the start.
  • Generate new business opportunities and profitable sales.
  • Build and develop new business relationships within target markets and verticals through systematic relationship building.
  • Understand target markets, industry, clients, products, and market strategies to attract new clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to develop lead generation campaigns.
  • Research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and markets.
  • Contact potential clients via email, social media, or phone to establish rapport and set meetings.
  • Deliver customer-facing presentations to articulate solutions and ROI.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
About you:
  • Experience in B2B Sales.
  • Experience with Managed Print Services (MPS).
  • Knowledge of structured sales processes.
  • Ability to quickly build and grow customer relationships.
  • Experience developing cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to solve business issues with IT solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
