Job role: Project Services and Facilities Manager

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Peripatetic - covering homes from Somerset to Nottingham.

Salary: up to £42,845.00 per annum

We are seeking a Project Services & Facilities Manager responsible for statutory and regulatory compliance, including Health & Safety, Fire Safety Risk Management, Food Hygiene, Facilities Management (hard & soft services), and Fleet Management to oversee all company assets effectively.

  • Developing logistical plans for business as usual and new projects
  • Communicating effectively with external contractors
  • Understanding quality assurance frameworks and end product expectations
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience in FM management or trades with a focus on quality assurance
  • Proficient IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Full UK driving license
  • Willingness to travel nationally
  • Awareness and commitment to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults
  • Enhanced DBS check required for child and adult workforce
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work varied hours
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment skills
  • Proven project management skills, including risk management and quality assurance
