The role

As a skilled technician, you will join a team supporting a popular brand in our state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, so brand experience is not necessary. Continuous training will keep you updated with the latest technology through manufacturer sessions and our Marshall Academy.

Who you are

• Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
• Team player comfortable with established processes and procedures
• Qualified Vehicle Technician with at least a Level 3 industry-recognized qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Possessing MOT certification is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
• Motivated, organized, and safety-conscious
• Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software

What you’ll do

• Service and maintain vehicles across the brand
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
• Perform MOT testing if qualified
• Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
• Support Apprentice Technicians as needed
