Salary:

£38,129 basic plus uncapped OTE, based on individual performance and team profit

Hours:

45 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis

The Role:

Join our team as a skilled Service Technician supporting Nissan. Full manufacturer training provided, no specific brand experience needed. Regular updates through manufacturer training and Marshall Academy.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
  • Team player with adherence to processes and procedures
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered) with industry-recognized certification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
  • Possession of MOT qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Motivated, organized, and safety-conscious
  • Comfortable using iPad software and tech-savvy
Responsibilities:
  • Service and maintain vehicles across the brand
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
  • If qualified, perform MOT testing
  • Complete job cards and electronic reports
  • Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
  • Assist Apprentice Technicians as needed
