Salary: £43,409 Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI Bonus

Hours: 45-hour working week with weekends on a rota basis

The role: As a Diagnostic Technician, you will support our brand in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, including updates on the latest technology through manufacturer training and our Marshall Academy.

Who you are:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with technical expertise.
• A team player comfortable with set processes and procedures.
• Qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry-recognized qualification (Level 3 IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Motivated, dedicated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety.
• Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software.

What you’ll do:

• Service and maintain vehicles across the brand.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work.
• Perform MOT testing duties if qualified.
• Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms.
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs).
• Support Apprentice Technicians as needed.
