You will develop and manage their global fundraising events program, connecting with donors across the UK, US, and Europe through in-person and virtual experiences.
You will shape and execute their Global Events Strategy, including donor receptions, webinars, briefings, and legacy events. Your creativity, organizational skills, attention to detail, and relationship-building abilities will be key to designing compelling experiences that drive engagement and income growth.
You should be a confident, creative events professional with a passion for delivering memorable experiences that foster positive change. You need a proven track record in planning and managing both in-person and virtual fundraising events, creating moments that connect donors with a cause. The role requires thriving in a fast-paced international environment, managing multiple projects with precision, and building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
Experience in a fundraising or membership environment, with the ability to tailor events to enhance engagement and giving, is important. You should be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, collaborative, and capable of working effectively across international teams and platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your skills to create impactful donor experiences that support ending factory farming and promoting a compassionate global food system.
