Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience)

Our client is a leading global organisation dedicated to ending factory farming worldwide. Founded in 1967 by Peter Roberts, a British farmer concerned about factory farming, they have made significant progress in abolishing inhumane practices across the UK and Europe. Their approach combines campaigning, advocacy, and engagement with policymakers, aiming to build a movement for animal welfare and sustainable food systems.
Their international headquarters are in Godalming, UK, with teams across 14 countries including the US, Italy, France, and China. The Global Fundraising Directorate, which this role is part of, comprises over 50 staff members across various regions.
As the Global Events Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impactful events that engage and grow support for their mission. You will develop and manage their global fundraising events programme, connecting with donors across the UK, US, and Europe through in-person and virtual experiences. Your responsibilities include shaping and executing the Global Events Strategy, designing donor receptions, webinars, briefings, and legacy events to enhance engagement and income.
You should be a confident, creative events professional with a proven track record in planning and managing both in-person and virtual fundraising events. You need excellent organizational and communication skills, experience working in fundraising or membership environments, and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to work across international teams are essential.
