Job Type: Full time; Permanent
Location: Godalming, UK (hybrid working pattern: 2x days in the office: Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
Join our client's highly successful fundraising team and use your passion for donor engagement to help end factory farming and build a more compassionate, sustainable world.
Our client is a leading global organization dedicated to ending factory farming worldwide. Founded in 1967 by Peter Roberts, a British farmer concerned about factory farming, they have made significant progress in abolishing inhumane practices across the UK and Europe, including battery cages, veal crates, and sow gestation crates.
Their approach combines campaigning, advocacy, and engagement with policymakers at various levels, building a movement of individuals concerned about animal welfare and sustainable food systems. Driven by a passion for animal welfare and food system change, they envision a future where animals are treated with compassion and respect, and sustainable farming practices are standard.
Their international headquarters are in Godalming (UK), with team members in 14 countries across four continents, including the US, Italy, France, Poland, the Netherlands, Spain, Czechia, China, and a policy office in Brussels. This role is part of the Global Fundraising Directorate, comprising over 50 staff across Philanthropy, Individual Giving, Legacies, Digital, CRM, and Brand teams, primarily based in the UK, US, and Europe.
They seek a passionate and experienced fundraiser to develop and grow their international mid-level giving programme. As the Global Mid-Level Giving Manager, you will own this key fundraising stream, engaging donors giving £1k / $1K / €1k and above annually, and cultivating relationships with major donors giving £10k and above, as part of the Global Philanthropy team.
You will be the primary contact for Circle donors globally, creating a giving community, providing exceptional stewardship, delivering impactful communications, and creating engaging moments to deepen donor connection. Collaborating with UK and US fundraising teams, you will develop global strategies to recruit, retain, and grow their donor community. You’ll work with colleagues across teams to deliver innovative, data-informed campaigns that foster loyalty and increase income. This strategic, hands-on role is ideal for someone skilled in relationship building, identifying opportunities, and storytelling that motivates action.
You should be a confident, strategic relationship-builder with a proven track record in fundraising and donor engagement, especially within mid-level or major giving. You understand donor motivations and excel at delivering personalized, inspiring stewardship to foster loyalty and support. You must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative international environment and have experience working across teams to execute integrated campaigns.
Excellent communication skills, creativity, data analysis ability, and a results-driven mindset are essential. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on donor experience and income growth.
Join a global movement committed to ending factory farming and promoting a fairer, more sustainable food system. Be part of a supportive, mission-led team that values integrity, collaboration, and compassion for animals, the planet, and each other.
