Job summary

Prospero Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Teaching Recruitment Consultant to develop new business, build long-term school relationships and deliver a high-quality education recruitment service to teachers and support staff.

You will visit schools, run recruitment campaigns, interview candidates and match them to roles, while driving growth through repeat business and strong partnerships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in recruitment or sales.
• Experience with recruitment compliance processes.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine desire to develop your career and take on responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop long-term relationships with new and existing schools.
• Visit schools to understand recruitment requirements and demonstrate support.
• Identify, attract and engage education professionals.
• Manage recruitment campaigns across job boards, social media and websites.
• Conduct professional interviews and candidate assessments.
• Match candidates to schools based on skills and experience.
• Manage and grow your client and candidate pipeline.
• Fill supply and contract vacancies while delivering high service levels.
• Drive repeat business and referrals through excellent relationship management.
