N Family Club in Maidenhead, Berkshire is seeking an Early Years Educator for lunch-cover duties. This part-time role supports the N Curriculum, nurtures curiosity and confidence, and works within our heartbeat of the playroom.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge or willingness to train.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).

• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children; build relationships with children and families.
• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean and engaging.
• Embed policies and procedures into daily practice.

Our Early Years Educators should have...

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
