Job summary

N Family Club in Maidenhead is seeking an Early Years Educator for lunch cover (20 hours per week). You will bring the N Curriculum to life through play, helping children build confidence and curiosity.

In this role you’ll support routines, observe and plan for your key children, and form strong relationships with families. Training and growth opportunities are a focus at N Family Club.

Qualifications

• Experience in an early years setting is required.
• Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding awareness are expected.
• Passion for education and helping children grow.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through the N Curriculum in a play-based environment.
• Support daily routines from meals to naptimes.
• Create development-focused activity plans and observe key children.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Keep the classroom safe, clean and engaging, embedding policies daily.
• Collaborate, motivate, and share ideas with the team.

• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
  

Our Early Years Educators should have...

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
  Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
