N Family Club in Guildford seeks an Early Years Educator to nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence in each child. You will bring the N Curriculum to life through play, observations, and meaningful connections in a supportive, training-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train.
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh).
• A genuine passion for education and changing lives of children.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes.

Our Early Years Educators should have...
