- Level 2+ Early Years qualification.
Responsibilities
- Inspire learning through play-based N Curriculum.
- Support routines from mealtimes to naptimes.
- Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
- Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children.
- Build strong relationships with children and families.
- Maintain a safe, clean, engaging classroom environment.
- Embed policies and procedures into daily practice.
- Be a positive role model and collaborate with the team.

As an Early Years Educator you’ll be the heartbeat of your playroom – nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child in your care. - Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
- Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
- Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
- Experience working with children in an early years environment
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
- Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)

- A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
- Confident communicator with a love for customer service
- Competitive salary – £28,808 - £31,782, based on experience and dedication Pro Rate to 20 hours per week

This position is Monday to Friday 20 hours per week 11:00am to 3:00pm
