Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking Cover Supervisors for schools across Shropshire, including Telford.

You will supervise classes during teacher absences, deliver pre-set work, and support pupils' learning, with long-term and short-term contracts and potential permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people in an educational or similar setting.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage behaviour positively and effectively.
