Job summary

David Lewis is seeking a Residential Educational Support Worker to help seven individuals live independently at Limes. You’ll support cooking, cleaning, personal care, and education in college or school while encouraging growth, confidence, and fun in everyday activities.

We value warmth, patience, and a good sense of humour. Driving to community activities is a plus as we love getting out and about; join a team that believes in inclusion and meaningful daily life.

• No extensive prior experience required; values and heart matter most.

• Driver with ability to travel/out-and-about is preferred.

£26,347.40 - £27,718.83 (plus weekend enhancements).

• Making life fun - joining us on trips, to the cinema, swimming, or just having a laugh together.
