Job summary

David Lewis is seeking a Support Worker to provide person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and complex needs at our residential campus in Cheshire. You will support daily routines, build confidence, and help residents enjoy meaningful activities on a supportive, safe environment.

The role offers a full-time contract, a clear pathway for development through training and NVQs, and competitive pay with weekend enhancements.
