Job summary

North Yorkshire Council's Educational Psychology Team in Selby is seeking an Educational Psychologist to contribute to developments across schools and settings.

You will work within a multi-agency team, deliver systems-level support, and apply psychological frameworks to drive positive change for children, families, and services. A master’s or doctorate in Educational Psychology and HCPC registration are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctorate in Educational Psychology and HCPC registration.
• Experience or eligibility to practice as Educational Psychologist.
• Commitment to improving outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational psychology services at central team and multi-agency settings.
• Support nurseries, primary clusters, secondary schools, TMP settings, PRU and special settings.
• Apply psychological frameworks to facilitate positive change.
• Engage in consultation as the service model and work collaboratively with partners.
