Job summary

North Yorkshire Council is seeking an Educational Psychologist to join its central Educational Psychology team. You will collaborate with a wide multi‑agency group to influence practice and outcomes for children, young people, and families across multiple settings.

Qualifications

  • HCPC registration required; suitable for EPs at any career stage.
  • Experience or openness to working across a range of settings and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Join centralized Educational Psychology team and contribute to developments with multi-agency partners.
  • Work with maintained nurseries, primary clusters, secondary schools, TMP settings, and specialist settings.
  • Apply psychological frameworks to facilitate positive change at systemic, group, and individual levels.
  • Support implementation of consultation as a model of service delivery and provide team CPD.
