Derby City Council is seeking an Educational Psychologist to join a small, dedicated team. You will conduct assessments, visit schools and settings, and write reports to support children and the local authority. The role includes collaborative work with teachers, advisors and practitioners to enable opportunity for all.

You’ll be part of a team that values development, offers supervision, CPD opportunities and a flexible, hybrid working pattern within the council’s framework.

Formación

• HCPC registration as Educational Psychologist or doctoral trainee in the final year.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and provide expert guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out in-person visits to schools, homes and settings to assess needs.
• Write reports and provide recommendations to schools and the LA.
• Deliver training and CPD activities and collaborate with other specialists.
• Balance statutory, traded and project work within a supportive team.
