Job summary

North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a qualified Educational Psychologist (HCPC-registered) or a trainee approaching qualification. You will join a collaborative Community Educational Psychology Service, delivering high-quality psychological advice within statutory responsibilities and engaging with schools, families and communities.

The role supports SEND Reform and works across education and community settings, with flexible full-time or part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist or trainee EP approaching qualification.
• Willing to travel to settings across North East Lincolnshire and Grimsby offices.
• Hybrid role across education and community settings with local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred psychological advice as part of statutory responsibilities.
• Work preventatively, therapeutically, systemically and at a community level.
• Collaborate with education settings, projects and training such as ELSA, National Autistic Programmes, Emotion Coaching and Relational Approaches.
