Job summary

Leicestershire Educational Psychology Service (LEPS) seeks Educational Psychologists to join a supportive, innovative team delivering high-quality psychology to schools and families across our county.

You will provide commissioned services, support SEND reforms, contribute to training, supervision and research, and help shape our service while maintaining well-being through a structured time-allocation model.

Qualifications

• Professional postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology and HCPC registration are required.
• Experience as an Educational Psychologist or Trainee EP in an LA environment.
• Ability to apply psychology across learning, development and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide a commissioned service to your patch of schools, applying psychology to support learning, development and well-being.
• Support SENA service with statutory advice and multi-agency panels.
• Contribute to research, projects and service development with partners.
• Deliver training to schools and partners to promote inclusive practice.
