Leicestershire County Council's Educational Psychology Service (LEPS) offers a permanent Educational Psychologist role at County Hall, Glenfield. You will provide a commissioned service to schools, applying psychological expertise to learning, development and well-being and contribute to SEND reforms.

You will work within a structured time-allocation model with strong supervision, CPD opportunities, flexible hybrid working and a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Professional postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology, and HCPC registration.
• Experience as an Educational Psychologist or Trainee EP in an LA environment.
• Ability to apply a broad range of psychology to support learning, development and well-being.
• Commitment to supporting the inclusion of children and young people with SEND.
• Flexibility, independence and collaborative working.

Aufgaben

• Provide a commissioned service to your own patch of schools, applying psychology to support learning and well-being.
• Support SENA service via delivery of high-quality statutory advice and contributing to multi-agency panels.
• Contribute to research, project and development work within the service and in partnership with others.
• Provide training to schools and partners to support inclusive practice across settings.
• Contribute to supervision and induction of new staff and training and CPD.
