Job summary

Young Enterprise is a national charity that supports young people through enterprise and financial education. We are seeking an Educational Partnerships Manager to build relationships with schools, colleges, youth organisations and community groups across Dorset and the South Coast of Hampshire.

You will plan events, deliver programmes, support volunteers and connect with school staff to ensure access to inspiring enterprise experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to build strong relationships with schools, colleges and youth organisations.
• Experience engaging with diverse communities and improving access to education.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with schools, colleges, youth clubs and local communities.
• Focus on expanding reach in areas of multiple deprivation and underrepresentation.
• Deliver and support rollout of YE programmes in schools and other settings.
• Recruit, train and support volunteers, ensuring they feel valued and inspired.
• Work with regional team to meet shared goals and celebrate local impact.
• Help secure local funding by supporting fundraising efforts and managing project deliverables.
• Support planning of events, trade fairs and celebrations for young people.
• Keep accurate records, track impact, and ensure safeguarding is front and centre.
