Job summary

Education and Employers charity is seeking a Partnership Events Coordinator to support Inspiring the Future and Primary Futures programmes. The role involves coordinating engaging activities with schools and volunteers, managing events both virtually and in-person, and working with corporate partners to deliver funded projects.

The successful candidate will join the Partnerships Team, liaise with charity partners, volunteers, and school staff, and help deliver high-quality learning experiences

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, school engagement or school-based role.
• Outstanding customer service and telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Persuasive and confident communicator with good written content.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across the programme team.
• Monitor school registrations and send welcome emails.
• Track delivery against targets and report to Head of Partnership Delivery.
• Use Salesforce CRM for data management and cleansing.
• Set up virtual and face-to-face activities and host on Zoom/MS Teams.
• Support feedback collection to measure impact.
• Manage enquiries inbox and switchboard about the charity’s work.
