Job summary

AP Education is seeking an Education Delivery Consultant to support tutors, families and partner organisations, ensuring effective educational delivery across the Essex/London area. The role involves relationship management, coordination of support services and oversight of tuition activities locally.

Based at the head office in Harlow with site visits to learner locations in London, you will report to the Education Manager and play a key role in developing partnerships and improving learner

Qualifications

• Background in education preferred.
• Experience in sales/recruitment or related sectors.
• Interest or passion for SEND/SEMH education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent with proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Source tutors and support staff through various channels.
• Act as primary contact for tutors and staff, aligning skills with needs.
• Oversee the provision process including coordination and progress monitoring.
• Build relationships with Local Authorities to support service delivery.
• Develop knowledge of local area to identify opportunities and partnerships.
• Provide ongoing support to tutors and families, including site visits.
• Manage workload and maintain high professional standards.
