A local educational authority is seeking an Education Welfare Officer to support children and families in overcoming barriers to education and improving school attendance across Staffordshire. The ideal candidate will have skills in relationship building, caseload management, and knowledge of statutory responsibilities. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Education Welfare Officer. This role is vital in supporting children and families to overcome barriers to education and improve school attendance across Staffordshire.
The role is based at The Old House in Lichfield, with travel to Stafford and across the district as required.
