Blue Arrow is seeking an Education & Visitor Experience Coordinator for Leyland's Eco Town. The role covers coordinating visits, managing bookings and supporting educational activities to deliver engaging visitor experiences.

You’ll work with schools, community groups and partners to promote sustainability, run events and provide high-quality visitor services across the centre.

Qualifications

Education & Visitor Experience Coordinator

Location: Leyland (PR26)

Salary: 31,804.50 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm (with occasional evening and weekend events)

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and customer-focused Education & Visitor Experience Coordinator to join our Eco Town team in Leyland.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating visits, managing bookings, supporting educational activities, and ensuring every visitor receives a professional and engaging experience.

Working with schools, community groups, businesses and industry professionals, you’ll be at the heart of delivering memorable visitor experiences while supporting environmental education and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage visitor and educational bookings.
• Act as the first point of contact for visitor enquiries.
• Welcome and support visitors attending the centre.

About You

• Previous administration, customer service or coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
