English Heritage invites applications for a Dover Castle Visitor Assistant to help deliver engaging visitor experiences and education visits. The role focuses on education sessions for young people and supporting a busy site team.

You will work 5 hours per week, with seasonal hours from April to October and flexible weekends. A DBS check is required; full training is provided, joining a welcoming team at Dover Castle.

Qualifications

• Experience with visitors or education sessions is helpful.
• Excellent customer service and a passion for people.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education sessions for young people at Dover Castle.
• Create engaging visitor experiences and help across site activities.
• Support education visits and run sessions in the Dover Castle Escape Room.
