Job summary

Converge Technology Solutions UK is seeking a proactive Leasing and 1:1 Specialist to join our Schools team. You will develop new business opportunities across Primary to Independent Schools, working with leasing partners and OEMs to deliver 1:1 device programmes and sustainable technology solutions.

You will identify and qualify opportunities, coordinate meetings, and drive growth in education technology. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required for on-site activities across

Qualifications

• GCSE English and GCSE Maths are essential requirements.
• Experience of cold calling and generating new business opportunities.
• Experience planning and coordinating customer meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers in the education sector.
• Promote Converge's leasing and 1:1 technology solutions to schools.
• Collaborate with leasing partners to develop new 1:1 opportunities.
• Coordinate with Account Management and New Business teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Review quotes and ensure lease quotes are attached.
• Arrange high-quality customer appointments for Business Development Managers.
• Qualify customer requirements and gather information to support sales outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with OEM partners like Microsoft, Lenovo, HP, Acer and Asus.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate management reports.
• Work with Marketing to promote 1:1 programmes.
• Handle enquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health & safety.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as required.
• Full involvement with all 1:1 schemes, tracking orders on portals, arranging stock.
