Job summary

Converge Technology Solutions UK is seeking a proactive Leasing and 1:1 Specialist to join our Schools team. You will develop new business opportunities across Primary to Independent schools, working with leasing partners and OEMs to deliver 1:1 device programmes.

You will identify prospects, arrange appointments, qualify requirements, and maintain CRM records. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and willingness to travel across UK school sites.

Qualifications

• Experience generating new business opportunities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers in education.
• Promote leasing and 1:1 technology solutions to schools.
• Close new 1:1 opportunities with leasing partners.
• Arrange high-quality customer appointments.
• Qualify requirements and gather information.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Produce management reports and sales data.
