Prospero Teaching is a leading recruitment agency within the education sector, seeking a motivated Resourcer to join our growing team. You will identify, attract, and engage qualified teachers and support staff, building talent pools and ensuring consultants have access to top educators.

Responsibilities include conducting telephone interviews, posting adverts, proactive sourcing, and maintaining candidate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment/resourcing is desirable but not essential.
• Graduate calibre preferred but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong IT skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews to assess suitability for teaching and support roles.
• Write and post engaging adverts across multiple platforms.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, CV databases, and networking.
• Maintain candidate records and coordinate candidate journey with consultants.
