This role suits someone with people skills or a background in customer service, education or administration, who is motivated, organised and capable of building strong candidate relationships. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in recruitment, resourcing or administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and attract teachers, teaching assistants, tutors and support staff.
• Screen candidates through calls and interviews.
• Manage candidate registrations and CRM records.
• Write and post engaging job advertisements.
• Support consultants to understand client requirements.
• Attend university careers events and recruitment campaigns.
• Assist with references and compliance documentation.
• Build strong relationships with candidates.
