Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support (Year 5 Pupil)

Pay Rate: £95 - £105 per day

Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

My client is seeking a dedicated, resilient, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) who can present with challenging behaviour to work within welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in a child's educational journey. The successful candidate will work closely with the pupil throughout the school day, helping him access learning, develop positive relationships, and regulate his behaviour in a supportive and nurturing environment.

The pupil has a keen interest in football, which plays a significant role in his engagement and motivation. As part of the school's support package, he receives up to two hours of football coaching during the day, helping to promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and participation in learning.
