A leading organization in social care is seeking Residential Support Workers to support younger adults with autism within a Special Education Needs Residential College. Full training is provided, and no experience is necessary. This job vacancy is a 23-minute commute from Ferndown via the B3078; however, you would be working 12-hour shifts once there.

You would assist them both in the classroom and in their residential home, teaching valuable life skills and making a difference in their lives. You will help prepare them for adult life and facilitate their transition into further education, training, or employment. You will mentor and support the young people in their evening activities, sports, or hobbies both on and off-site.
