Job summary

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, admin support and aspiring Education Professionals to work in primary schools across East Lancashire, including Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Rossendale and surrounding areas.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with daily supply, short-term and long-term placements, plus access to training, local consultant guidance and opportunities to secure permanent positions.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping and guiding pupils in education.
• Excellent communication with staff, pupils and parents.
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to school environments.
• Willingness to travel to East Lancashire schools for placements.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils in the classroom
• Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis
• Helping children with additional needs
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery
• Supporting pupil engagement and behaviour, creating a positive learning environment
